Refund Policy

For AAIV Services:

If the reason is you made a service request by error, or in the case of fraud, please contact us as mentioned above, we will try to refund your payment, as long as the funds are still able from having not been spent, as such it is important to contact as soon as possible if you have made a service payment in error, or there was fraud, so that the funds would still be available in time, if not we may or may not can make the refund in such case.

After receiving the refund request, AAIV will evaluate it and will seek to determine a fair amount to refund as may be appropriate, and refund fairly.

For AAIV Ecommerce Online Store and any other Products:

We ask that if you would like a refund of a payment, except not in the case of fulfilled terms, you do so in written form, with the reason, preferably through the order cancellation, refund request, and return form (can be found under the ecommerce store menu tab), or either by email, or through in the case of response using the website, the website inbox, or other appropriate written form as earliest as possible, but within 14 days from the date/time of the payment or delivery, or failure of delivery. If the online item purchase has not shipped, we will try to cancel the shipping with the supplier. If the online item has shipped we will seek to notify the supplier of the request to cancel, or otherwise facilitate the return of the item back to the supplier and refund of the payment, less the shipping costs (including, if the cost of shipping was included in the price of the item and the customer at the time of purchase had free delivery) and less the cancellation fee of 3%.

In any case, the return of an item, if received, must be sent for delivery back to the supplier within 14 days after delivery of the item to receive a refund, return shipping at the cost of the customer, AAIV will provide customer discount on a future purchase, at an amount to be determined by AAIV, in cases to seek to satisfy customer as to any received damaged, defective, or wrong items sent than of that what was ordered. Once the item is delivered and returned back to the supplier and the supplier refunds AAIV, AAIV will refund the customer the payment made for the item, less the shipping costs (including shipping costs included in the price of an item that was ordered with free delivery), and less the cancellation fee of 3%. However, in the case the item ordered was never delivered by the supplier to the customer, and AAIV receives notice of such, AAIV will contact the supplier for a refund and if given by the supplier AAIV will refund the customer, less the shipping costs (including shipping costs included in the price of item that was ordered with free delivery), and less the cancellation fee of 3%, if the supplier does not refund in such case, AAIV will remove such supplier from its list of suppliers and report such supplier as fraudulent as may be applicable and appropriate and if at such time AAIV has insurance covering such theft or otherwise default, or at AAIV's discretion and if AAIV has enough net profits to cover such loss to the customer from other sales from the store AAIV will refund the customer as described above, and if AAIV cannot cover such loss at such time through insurance (including enough insurance coverage up to limits of insurance policy) or otherwise, AAIV will inform the customer that it cannot cover such loss or when or if AAIV might eventually cover such loss to the customer from such theft or otherwise default of supplier. Customers are encouraged to use worry free checkout, provided by Seel, an option at checkout, a customer paid purchase protection, for coverage of their online purchases, that may provide greater protection than provided in this refund policy, on any perceived risky and/or large purchases, the fee for this this coverage may or may not be refundable, if AAIV is refunded this fee AAIV will refund the customer such fee, this fee is generally not refundable or cancelable if the item has already shipped.

Generally, AAIV will seek to act reasonably promptly as to processing, handling, and determining refund request(s), and reasonable as to determining and doing refunds, including in unexpected situations not covered specifically by the foregoing policy.

With all refunds, there is a nonrefundable cancellation fee of 3%, except at AAIV's discretion, AAIV may waive this fee, in providing customer satisfaction and as prudent and available. Each online transaction does cost processing fees by the merchant processor that is paid by AAIV. Additionally, at its discretion, AAIV may provide full refunds to customers/clients, in providing customer satisfaction as prudent and available, notwithstanding the above mentioned in this refund policy.
