If you already have a business, or are looking to start a business, AAIV can help you raise money to invest in your business venture. If you would like to AAIV be an investor, and/or you would like AAIV to raise money to invest your business please us let us know, and also let us know how much investment you want and for how much stake in your existing your business or proposed business you are willing to offer in exchange for investment in your existing business or proposed business. Usually, and preferably for venture capital investments AAIV would only seek and facilitate a minority stake in your business or proposed business. If you have an existing business, or are thinking about going into business AAIV offers business consulting services, for general business advice, except we do not charge a fee for insurance consulting as we already sell insurance for commission.
Some examples of business consulting AAIV may be able to assist you with is, include, but is not limited to:
1. Filing a new business registration, tax registration, needed permits, and opening financial and other business accounts.
2. Filing tax exemption paperwork for a non-profit.
3. Deciding on a name and location for a business.
4. Choosing and setting up a website and payment options, payroll, logo, bookkeeping/accounting services (not including audit or attestation services or other licensed accounting type of services) and business cards.
